Just curious. When does your school ask what classes you want next year.

When they feel like it. It’s usually sometime in January, but I have yet to hear anything about schedules.

March for us, but I’M A SENIOR!

Last year it was in April, but they messed up SO bad that we are doing it next week.

Usually in January for our school.

Usually March/April for us. But they don’t give us our schedules until like the week before school starts. Just like David, I’m a senior haha so not my problem anymore.

1st of February.

Sometime next month. It’s always in February.

Normally it’s around April/May. Since I’m an IB diploma candidate, I pretty much know what I’m taking next year. Our guidance counselors come to our English classes one day and give us a sheet with all the courses on it to pick what we’ll be taking.

Next Wednesday uhh

Next thursday and friday we meet with our GC’s to review possible course reccomendations and then our selections have to be finalized February 18th on the website we use for course scheduling

When they’re not busy?

I think it’s like in the beginning of February.

Juniors have priority so they pick schedules in February. Freshmen and Sophomores pick schedules in March.

next month. I can’t wait to see all the sophomores freaking out :D

It doesn’t really matter, considering they screw up anything we request anyway.

We do scheduling online around Spring Break (April), but the counselors start frenzying about course selections around December…LOL

Of course, even with that amount of preparation ahead of time, they always manage to do something silly. Last year, I signed up for IB English HL (two periods at my school). Instead, they somehow switched that up with 2 physical education classes… T.T So for the first week of school, I was taking Strength Training and Football PE (I’m a 5’2" Asian girl…hehe)

On Monday.

We choose our schedules in February

Sometime in February, juniors first, then freshmen and sophomores.

The order and your instructors usually is not determined until early August.
