When I transfer, do I keep the grade or only credits?

<p>I was considering taking 2-3 community college courses every summer until I graduate (starting college next year). I wanted to know if those grades appear on my 4 year college GPA? Or do I only get a credit without a grade..? I'm planning on attending medical school, and grade inflation seems like the only way to keep up with the competition. :(</p>

<p>I transferred to NYU. My transcript only shows credits for my CC classes. I don’t have grades for those classes.</p>

<p>It will depend on the policy of the college granting you your degree of whether just the credit or the credit and the grade transfers. Just note that you will have to submit transcripts from all colleges attended.</p>

<p>Anyone know if The University of Texas accepts grades from CCs? I can’t find the info anywhere…</p>
