<p>When companies ask for a student to have a GPA that is 3.0 and above, do they mean in just engineering classes or total GPA?</p>

<p>Does not matter, just put your resume in. If you try, you might get the job but if you dont try, you will never get the job.</p>

It’s the only way you’d have a chance if they insist on 3.0.</p>
