when is the earliest I can apply for next year?

<p>mid august (aug. 15th was when they began taking apps, i believe), though if you apply by mid-sept. you should be leagues ahead of the game.</p>

<p>Why do you have to be "leagues ahead of the game" if your applying earlier?</p>

<p>I applied in August and found out Nov 2nd I got in - so the earlier the better.</p>
