<p>She [cousin] has her AA and a 3.7-3.8GPA from Valencia CC, but she's at USF right now and wants to come to FSU asap.</p>
<p>I guessed ASAP for Summer, and after this semester (she's at USF now but doesn't like it) for Fall, but I want to make sure. </p>
<p>Also, she's an international student so if anyone has any tips (financially, academically, socially, etc.) along those lines, please feel free to post them.</p>
<p>I believe she can apply right now! The app should be available on FSU’s site under prospective students and they have a seperate app for transfers</p>
<p>This issues get complicated one you have 70+ hours and have an AA and then are transferring again from a state U. She will need at least a full semester of grades to be considered. Is this her first semester at USF? How many hours will she be bringing? What is her major?</p>
<p>This is technically her second semester since she got her AA in the Spring and took one online USF class this summer

<p>She can apply whenever she wants. They are likely NOT going to review her application until she has a full semester of grades. Which would mean it would not be reviews until after her fall grades post.</p>
<p>Even if she applied for summer, they would want her USF grades first?
But ok. I knew she COULD apply whenever, just not when she should.</p>
