When the application results (CSE) will be available for international students?

Submitted the application for University of Minnesota at TC (computer engineering) in Oct 30. And the transcripts from high school was received on Nov. 12 (not sure if the application is still considered as early action). So far, no info for either acceptance or rejection. Is it possible to hear the decision by January? How competitive in computer engineering program application in CSE?
Below is the status and I think it should be on the average of CSE.

Residency: International student (completed middle/high school in USA)

GPA: 3.92 up/ 4.36 w
Class ranking: 7.25% of class
SAT: 1470 (790 Math), SAT: 32 (35 Math, 33 Science)
SAT2: Math 800, Physics 700
APs: US History, Computer science principles, Physics 1, Physics 2, , Physics C, Calculus BC, 3D Arts, Statistics, ALL 4s & 5s, except History (3)
Community service : > 100 hrs during high school years

Stats are fine for CSE. The hangup might be the timing of when your application was actually considered “complete”. If they gave you a grace period to submit transcripts then you should definitely hear something before January (assuming that the timing for int’l students isn’t pushed back). Have you checked the Tracker to make sure they have everything?
