<p>On their sites they state they accept transfer apps. till like march, well albany till like july!</p>

<p>Apply by the suggested deadline. This will maximize your chances. Don’t apply in September because you won’t be able to update your resume and application with information from the fall. Also, if the school isn’t ready to receive your application then your application may be more likely to get lost in the shuffle.</p>
<p>Apply as early as possible, especially to the rolling admissions schools. Last year SUNY New Paltz stopped taking apllications at a certain point. The early bird gets the worm, so to speak.</p>
