Well, im applying for Andover and I was wondering when to do my interview. Looking through CC, it appears that the majority of people have already done their interviews.

Should I get it done within the next few weeks? Or can I wait til after break?

Personally, I don’t think it matters much. Sure, you should try to get it done as soon as you can, but I don’t think the admissions officers will care too much. Just as long as it meets any deadlines, feel free to do the interview whenever you want. They won’t accept people based off of the date they completed their interview. Good luck!

My Phillips Exeter interview is on Januray 9th, and that was when I called about 1-2 months ago. I would call as soon as possible just to make sure you get one in on time. Besides that, you just need to get it done and it doesn’t affect your chances. Hope I helped(:

Spots fill up fast so you want to call the schools ASAP. I called in the summer for my interview and the earliest spot was in November. If you don’t have time to fly up to a school you might want to consider an alumni or phone interview. Also, for Phillips Exeter they want all interviews done by February 1 2010 for boarding school applicants because they know they are coming from far away.
