Is bio and US history too much memorization for one day? Would it be better to just do US History in May during hectic AP week and then do Math IIC and Bio in June, even though I might have forgotten a lot and have to review all over again.

If you're preparing for both the AP Bio and APUSH, then why not take both on the same date? If you were going to only study for one and not the other, then that would be a different story...but since you're preparing for both, then take advantage of the situation.

Don't see why you wouldn't want to take all your SATIIs in May while the material is still fresh in your mind. If my son were to do it again as a junior, he would have taken this SATIIs in May instead of June. As it was, he had to study for his APs in May & then forgot tons & had to study the stuff again for his SATIIs in June. If he had taken his SATIIs in May, he would have been done with those subjects after all the exams & could have relaxed sooner & enjoyed more of May & early June. He says the material largely overlaps for the SATII & APs, tho he & lots of his friends took SATII Bio after 9th grade regular bio & did fine >700s.

Although they had no real correlation, I took my Math IIC test in May with my Calculus BC test freshman year, (along with the Physics SAT II as a student enrolled in Honors Physics.) I held off on my Latin SAT II until I took the Latin Vergil AP test, also in May the following year. I think this is the best time because I had all the information fresh in my mind. For my school, the Biology SAT II is recommended to be taken when you're in Honors Biology, so I think you should be very well prepared as a student in AP Biology :). Good luck!

thanks a lot for your replies. I was just worried that two SAT II's in the middle of AP time would be too much, but it does make sense since I'll be studyign for those things anyway. And to get the subjects completely over with in May.
