When we move-in on Sept. 20th, do we have to stay there until the quarter begins?

some classes are closed already because soph, juniors, and seniors have already signed up for their classes</p>

<p>It is recommended that you stay in your dorm after you move in. This is because they want you to familiarize with the dorm, campus, and people. Also, there are orientations for things like your major that go over your requirements. I would say stay there and get to know your hall mates! :)</p>

<p>move in date is either the 20 or 21 depending on the letter/email theyre supposed to send you once you figure out your roomate. Youre recommended to stay cause they give tours and theyll have bonding activities for you to do to help make hallmates.</p>

I could have dormed with a friend but I chose to dorm with someone random. I just hope its someone social and tolerable</p>
