Dorm Move-In Times

So are we assigned a specific time and date to move in or can get just move in anytime on september 20th?

look it up @ http://housing.ucr.edu/

Thanks a lot skate!

I’d probably move on the 21st. I’d hate to miss football

I want to move in on the 20th. I’d hate to miss the chance to lock my roommates out.

I hope i get the 20th. I’m already flying in on the 19th. Don’t wanna waste an extra day.

I think one thing I usually do is move all of the clunky furniture to my roommate’s side of the room, and then tell him it was like that when I got here

Lol thats a good idea but theres like nothing there cept bed, desk and fridge/micro in the middle

Loft time.

Uh I can’t find what time we are allowed to move-in on that website…

Sorry but can someone tell me?

You will be notified of a move in date along with your roommate on 9/1

Assignments and move-in information will be mailed September 1. Once you know your building assignment, you may contact your Resident Services Office (RSO) to make alternative move-in arrangements if you have a conflict created by a religious holiday.

They mail it in?

So conceivably, our assignments are out there in the wild… being handled by mailpeople

Or is sept. 1st the day they start mailing?

I hope it’s all big and fat :D

They should just email the room assignments to us on September 1st…have it electronically sent after 11:59PM.

when do we get our Rcards? I want to look at my mug shot I ll look like a skin head/cholo on it haha

You get it when you move in.

you should get it when you move in to your dorm. or you can just go right now to ucr and pick it up at the cards services office. theyclose at 4pm though, in case you do decide to go
