<p>I'm an international student, so I need my FINALIZED financial aid package ASAP to apply for my I-20. I know the deadline for the 2010 tax returns is March 1st, but I'm wondering if I send them in earlier, that I will get my financial aid earlier as well? </p>
<p>To past ED admits: When did you get your finalized FA package? does it come out when RD decisions are released? or is it possible for me to get it earlier?</p>
<p>I’m curious as to how strict that March 1 deadline is for 2010 tax returns… My parents are freaking out because they didn’t think they had to be ready until April 30 (the Canadian federal deadline)…</p>
<p>I contacted admission because my dad legally files late, and almost all of my colleges (except notably Emory and USC, who said I wouldn’t be FA eligible) told me that they would finalize my package once they received 2010 tax returns, basically anytime by November…so don’t worry. All of the Ivies were flexible.</p>
<p>I’m pretty sure RD & ED financial aid packages come on the same date which should be April 1st. I would ask if there are different policies for international students.</p>

<p>I meant which types of documents? For instance, I’m sending in T-4s, T-1s, Schedule 1s, etc.</p>
