<p>When I get depressed (which is usually always coz of my parents) I go out of my way to be appear to be really sad, snappy and angry around them.
OR sometimes I laugh a lot! I watch really funny videos and laugh or I talk to this really funny/sarcastic friend of mine and we spend time abusing and laughing at everyone on the face of the earth.---> try this,it works.</p>

<p>write it down. not that i'm trying to sound cliche, but writing down your feelings really does help you get all your stress out. it doesn't really work for me to think about happy thoughts..i just need to get my anger out in a safe way and feel like i can push it far away from me.</p>
