When should I take SAT Subject tests? I've read somewhere here that it's best to take Math I after taking pre calc. So is that true? If so is it true for other subjects too? Should I take the SAT subject tests after each subject I've taken? Can you share your testing experiences? Was it hard, easy, in between? Hopefully my questions aren't too dumb.

You take Math II after Pre Calc. If I’m not mistaken, you can take Math I after Algebra 2… but don’t bother taking Math I if you also want to take Math II. And yeah, it’s best to take the Subject Test after finishing the AP class. You could probably get some more experience/insight if you go to the SAT Subject Test forum.

Take math II after pre calc and the other subject tests after completing the respective AP class.

My school doesn’t offer AP, only IB. I’ll be taking taking IB HL in english, biology, and history. IB SL in philosophy and math this year. Should I just self study for the subject tests? I don’t get why I shouldn’t take math I if I’m going to take II, can you explain please?
