<p>Wow. Some of your parent’s are fantastically educated (numerous Oxford grads, I see).</p>
<p>My father went to the Indo-Danish University of Tool Engineering - New Delhi, a joint venture between the Indian and Danish governments. When he came to 'Murica, he went to University of Missouri - Kansas City for a MBA, but shortly dropped out for a job opportunity in Chicago. Funny thing is, his Indian education isn’t even recognized in the States anymore.</p>
<p>My mother went to the University of Delhi Institute of Therapy, became an Occupational Therapist.</p>
<p>My mom started at the Portland CC, then transferred to U of O, but didn’t finished. 25 or so years later, she’s started back at PCC. :)</p>

<p>I don’t think my grandparents went to college either…I suppose that makes me a first generation?</p>
<p>My mom went to St. Augustine’s in Raleigh for her bachelors in accounting and business administration.</p>

<p>My parents met at Virginia Tech, and that somehow managed to make them the under-achievers of the family. My mom’s siblings went to IIT and Purdue.</p>

<p>If it’s worth anything, both of my grand fathers got into Wharton (Penn) but one dropped out after a year and the other decided to join the military instead. Imagine having a triple legacy at Penn… ■■■.</p>

<p>Both my parents went to community college but they had me so they didn’t make it far. They said when yet were in HS they didn’t care about there grades or school, but Now they regret it. That’s why they get on me about my grades so much.</p>

<p>Quad Legacy at USC, but mom didn’t go to college. I will apply to USC, but it’s not necessarily my first choice.</p>
<p>My father went to Oxford, but was sent down and ended up at an ex-poly. That’s probably the most scandalous thing to happen to my family for generations, lol.

<p>You know I really barely know anything about my parents. I’m pretty sure my mom went to a community college as a typist and I don’t think my dad did. I should ask them today.</p>
