I mean, you never hear about famous teenagers going to a university. Don't they ever choose to pursue something different?

If say Miley Cyrus or Jamie Lynn, or any other celebrity, were to apply somewhere, are they like GUARANTEED admission? Would they be assigned a random roommate like everyone else?
Would they need body guards following them around campus all the time?

Didn't one of the Olsens go to NYU? I wonder what her stats were...but really, people that rich/famous don't need to go to college, it would be a waste of time that they could spend making millions (or, in Miley Cyrus' case, billions) of dollars.

Natalie Portman went to Harvard. If you are going to college purely to make money, then yes, it is worthless if you are already a millionare. If you are going to get an education, obviously, it is worth it.

Actually , a lot of famous actors and performers went to college after their acting careers were already established
Jodi Foster,Jennifer Connelly went to Yale...Brooke Shields , Princeton, Julia Stiles, Columbia, Olson Twins NYU ( my daughter likes to point out the ones who didn't get into Emerson , her school ) I think Hayley Joel Osment also went to NYU

Honestly, If I were miley or Jamie I wouldn't even bother to go. They've already made millions so far without an education, so it's not like they'll need one.

Many famous kids go to college and many do not. It's a personal choice but i'd make the $$$ now and worry about college later. The $$$ is often fleeting.

I think the question deals with people going to college after becoming famous, not before.

Unless you do well and get rich using actual intelligence, I think that everyone should go to some form of college even if it's just a community college.
