Where should I got to college if I want a totally different experience and atmosphere

I live in Philadelphia, PA
It's alright but I like more nature and stuff.
I want to have a totally different atmosphere than where I am now when I go to college.
Where should I probably go to?

Deep Springs

Temple University :)

Sewanee would be about the polar opposite of Philadelphia. It’s gorgeous and remote.
UColorado or Arizona, too.

different as in Desert like arizona? or just rural like Williams?

Ursinus is very close by in Collegeville, PA, and is a nice campus, quite different from being in Philly.

Are you looking for a larger or smaller school? (I’ll suppose a smaller school to contrast big-city feel).
How away far are you willing to go?
Other details needed aswell…

A few suggestions though:
Warren Wilson College
Bates College
Colorado College
Whitman College

If you want something different from Philly, get out of eastern PA. Collegeville (Ursinus) doesn’t accomplish that. Your social life involves going to King of Prussia mall and occasionally to downtown Philadelphia.

Penn State. It’s pretty far away, is instate, and is extremely rural.

Nature lovers? East coast maybe something like Cornell. West coast you may enjoy Reed or Whitman.
