Where to apply for Electrical Engineering Masters

Here are my stats:

-B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech
*2.92 cumulative GPA
*3.0 major GPA
*upward GPA trend during my Junior and Senior years: For example, I had a 3.75 average GPA for my Senior year.
-expecting a 335/340 on my GRE after giving many practice tests (170 Quant, 165 Verbal, 6 Writing)
-2 years working as an RF Engineer in the telecom industry
-No Extra-Curricular or Leadership roles in college

I was never a vocal student nor did I get to know any professors, so I don't expect amazingly good recommendations.

I have been told to do non-degree grad classes to get recommendations, but I don't see how that is possible with a full-time job that involves travel. I have to pay my bills.

Where do I have a chance of getting in for a Masters in Electrical Engineering? Any advice?
