<p>I'm a junior in high school and totally unsure where to consider applying. I have a UW GPA of 3.5 and a weighted gpa of 5.7 (possibly 5.8 i forget), haven't taken the ACT yet but going to in february and taking kaplan prep courses so hopefully i do okay... i'm in a good amount of ECs and yeah im gonna stop gabbing about myself.</p>
<p>I wanna become a nurse anesthetist and i wanna stay in chicago or at least illinois for school. I'm considering all the typical chicago schools Loyola, Northwestern, UIC, UC etc. I'm also thinking about UIUC, but i don't like that its not in the city. I think my chances of getting UC or Northwestern are totally out the window but its a slight possibility. Loyola is rather pricey. UIC seems like a good fit but i hear a multitude of bad things about UIC but i also hear good things. Does anyone know anything about UIC's GPPA nursing? </p>
