But it’s supposed to read:

I applied to 4 programs got accepted to 2, “regretfully informed” by the other 2.(Applied to MITES, 2 research programs(one w/ housing + stipend in another state on biomolecular materials, and one w/o housing close to home + stipend on cancer research), and one STEM college prep program.

I will be doing the 6-week research program on cancer biology/medicinal chemistry and I’m pumpedddd!

So, where will you be spending your summer?

I’m researching at stonybrook simons.

It’s a local one so I don’t want to put the full name but it’s at a university that’s about 20 minutes from me.
