Thanks for the reply, I graduated one year ago, I am applying as freshman for fall 2015. I completed my high school outside of the United States, but it was an American program. No ACT/Sat 1 only SAT subject tests. Which Cal states do you think will accept me? Thanks!

I applied to San Marcos, Fullerton, Poly Pomona, LA, San Jose State, San F state.

If you are not a California resident, you need at least a 3.61 GPA to be eligible for CSU admission without an SAT or ACT score. But that only gets you into non-impacted majors at non-impacted campuses – for impacted majors or campuses, you are typically ranked by an eligibility index that includes your SAT or ACT score (so if you do not have one, you will be at a disadvantage).
