What Are My Chances with Cal States and Others

Currently a senior studying in Kuwait, graduating from a highly accredited American High School, wondering with these numbers if i can get admitted into:

Cal State Los Angeles
Cal State Long Beach
Cal State Northridge
Cal State Fullerton
SDSU
University Of South Carolina
Washington State
Florida International University
Temple University

SAT : 1120 out of 1600, expecting another score
ACT: 25 out of 36
GPA : 3.32 hoping to end senior year with a 3.35
AP’s: AP Stats (pending exam)

Intended major?

Cal States do not consider 12th grades in their GPA calculation only 10-11th grades.

Since you are considered Out of State only AP/IB or DE courses taken 10-11th grade will count for the extra Honors points in the calculation.

CSU’s admit by Eligibility Index and major
(CSU GPA x 800) + (SAT Math + CR) or (CSU GPA x 200) + (ACT composite x10)

Competitive EI’s for each school:
SDSU: 4100+ SAT/ 1000+ ACT
CSULB: 3900 SAT/ 950+ ACT
CSUF: 3800 SAT/900+ ACT

CSUN: ACT = 890–939/SAT = 3700–3899

You should be fine for CSULA. CSULB and SDSU look like Reaches. I would add possibly Cal Poly Pomona, Sac State, San Francisco State, Sonoma State and/or Chico state.
