Is there any point of doing LSA Honors if you're Ross Preadmit?

ross pre-admits take the same courses as normal ross applicants freshman year. this means microeconomics, calculus, and a freshman writing course. i believe that you’re expected to receive at least a “b” in these classes to maintain your status as a pre-admit, though i could be wrong. if you are interested in the honors college in the first place applying is by no means a bad idea, because i doubt ross has sent any decisions out yet. however, if you do get into ross the vast majority of your classes will be taken at the school of business, so the perks of taking honors classes sort of disappear. hope this helps, and good luck.

Thanks brah

Pre-admits also take LHC 250, a 1.5 credit class, during Winter semester freshmen year. Quite possibly the most infuriatingly pointless class. For such a good business school, I’m quite surprised by some of the curriculum we have to take, and I’m not even through my first year. To each their own, I guess.

Also, it’s a C in the core classes of english, econ 101 and calc. But if you’re getting a C in any of those classes, Ross is gonna be retardedly difficult for you.
