which college for business?!?!?

which route would you recommend?

going to UCLA and majoring in Economics then going on to get MBA somewhere

or

going to the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas and majoring in Business Admin. and then going on to get MBA somewhere

wharton. :]

hopefully for graduate, but focusing on undergrad

Cornell :D I'm slightly biased.

Emory and USC are pretty undergraduate focused imo

smitty541: I think you need to give us some more info, like how much will both schools cost you? What do you to do post-bachelors? Where do you want to work?, etc....

If UT is cheaper and you want a really good job in Texas or the surronding states, then UT is where I'd go. If you live in Cali, then I'd stay there and go to UCLA.

University of Phoenix.

^^^What are you joking?? stop posting crap....

the cost is quite different. Mccombs will be around $15,000 a year while UCLA will be about $35,000-40,000 a year. After my bachelors I plan to get an MBA from one of the top schools. I currently live in Texas.

I'd stick with UT. I really don't think going to UCLA is worth the extra 80-100k more. Also consider the fact that when you go to get your mba, you're probably going to have to take out a loan to pay for your mba. Do you really want to be in debt when your in your mid 30s?

Another, in my opinion, better option would be to go to a Cali community college for 2 years, then transfer over to UCLA. It'd save you like 25+ grand per year.

UCLA is only $20-25k a year if you're in-state. It's $35-40k if you're out of state.

Is it any harder to get jobs in a different state than where you got your bachelors degree from?
im in CA right now, say i went to UTAustin, then moved back to Cali
how much harder if any would it be to get employed compared to if i stayed and went to UCLA?

lmao is University of Phoenix bad?

University of Phoenix is an online college. I'm not even sure if it is accredited. It is comprable to Kaplan and DevryOnline.

University of Phoenix IS accredited by ACBSP
