Wait, so you’re saying that out of state schools don’t offer that high of financial aid as compared to an in state school like Bing? Or is it only out of state public schools? How about out of state private schools? Do you know some universities that go under what I’m looking for and offer a fair merit and financial aid? Thanks again.</p>
<p>UDel offers good merit money to out of state, so does Ohio. NOrtheastern offered my son about $13,000. American offered him full tuition, so ended up being the cheapest.</p>
