I am living in New York and planning on major in business. Here is a list of colleges that accepted me so far.

Michigan State University (admitted to Broad college of business)
Pennsylvania State University - Altoona (admitted to Smeal college of business)
SUNY University of Buffalo
Indiana University - Bloomington
University of Massachusetts - Amherst
SUNY Binghamton University

How would you rank them?

Any insights would be appreciated!!

Thanks!

Indiana University
Penn State
MSU
UMass-Amherst
SUNY-Binghamton U.
SUNY-Buffalo

Note though that IU and PSU tend to be stingy with aid, so wait for your aid before making a decision.

I would go to Penn State- It's a much better school overall in my opinion.

might wanna remember yall hes talkin penn state altoona not up

Indiana
Michigan State
Penn State
UMass-Amherst
SUNY-Binghamton
SUNY-Buffalo

Michigan state
Indiana
Penn state
...then the rest

Thanks for the input!
IsleBoy here are the financial aid awards I got so far, excluding loans and work study program.
Indiana University $5050
Penn State $5050
MSU $8050
SUNY-Buffalo $9100

Oh yea...Then Id choose Indiana U or MSU over PSU I thought it was University Park.

Have to agree with Sonoma.

SUNY-Bing is a great school, you guys don't give it enough credit, if you get good aid from there (which you should being instate), it is definitely a good choice and they have a 5 or 6yr combined BA/MBA program I believe (can't remember if it's five or six)

indiana...then binghampton

Indiana then binghampton as well. Cut out Penn State - altoona is not UP

BUMP......any insights?

From best to worst...

SUNY Binghamton
Michigan State
Indiana University
UMass - Amherst
SUNY Buffalo
Penn State (any campus other than University Park is crap...seeing as you got into these other schools, I'm surprised that you weren't admitted to main campus...)

Binghamton ranked 116 in business program....

Indiana would be the best school for you.

Bloomington, Indiana is a beautiful and wonderful place to spend 4 years. And its undergrad business program is tough to beat. It has a more confident vibe than Mich. State, because MSU is always in Michigan's shadow, whereas Indiana and Purdue are about even, but each has a distinct academic profile (IU better in arts, humanities, and business, but it doesn't even attempt to compete with Purdue in engineering and agriculture). So when you're at IU, you feel like you're with the best and brightest that that state produces, in business anyway (people in the state of Indiana barely know Notre Dame exists). Unfortunately, because IU is so big, you're also with a lot of the not-so-bright that the state produces as well.

BUMP......anyone?

Seems Indiana is the best choice for me

I still think you should take a closer look at Binghamton's combined BA/MBA program, I think it might be a better fit than Indiana for you, and probably cheaper as well.

Indiana is a great school though - and I agree that any Penn State campus outside UP should be low on your list.

I'd go with Indiana. Academically, all of them are good. However, for Business, Indiana is the best of those options. Furthermore, Indiana's campus and Bloomington are really very nice.
