Which colleges don't consider High School D grade passing?

<p>A student with a D for one semester of Sophomore English would not have enough English credits to able to apply to those schools.</p>

<p>I know U of Oregon is one. What are some of the others? (Not talking about schools that won't like the D, as none of them will, but talking about schools that will not accept it as passing and therefore student will have not met basic requirements.</p>

<p>I think that for UC’s D’s don’t count [at least for math they don’t; last time I remember].</p>
