I am a Senior right now. I have a 2.6 gpa. I want to go to Azusa Pacific but if I don't get in il go to Commhnity college. I want to become a nurse. So which community college is good for me? I know about Pasadena and Glendale. Which is better? How is their campus. Anything bad about them? How are the classes and parking. How are the people there? Please tell me all the info you know. Thank you!

Have you thought about dual enrollment this Spring or Summer to get a feel for a community college? My son, also a HS senior, is starting a class at Glendale CC in Feb. I think the parking is $3 a day in the student lot or you can park in the public lots hourly. He will be taking a class 1 day a week Feb - May. The school district pays for it except $30-40 fee. Your school counselor has to sign off on it, but you can try something you are interested in, like art or music or?

I think Pasadena already started their semester, so it was too late to consider.

Thank you! I didn’t know about that. Would you be able to send me the website where that specifically is?

The program at Glendale Community College is called JUMP START.
