I realize that I have more than 10 EC's I could possibly list. I want to pick out the ones that best represent who I am. I'm applying to Yale, Princeton, Columbia and Rice (plus some safeties) and will major in undergrad architecture/B.Arch. Art is also one of my main EC's because I love it so much :)

So far I have:
1. Art Club: President 11th-12th, Member 10th-12th
2. Invisible Children (nonprofit organization): Vice President 12th, Charity Dinner Chairman 11th, Member 10th-12th
3. ACE Mentor Program: Team Member 11th-12th (this is a mentorship program between professional architects/engineers and high school students)
4. Modern Art Museum's Teen Artist Project: 10th (one of fifteen students selected to work with professional artists in a studio... not super prestigious, but there was an application process)
5. Independent research project with college art history professor (might submit to History Fair)

^^^These are all the ones that I'm quite sure I will keep. Agree? Disagree?

Key Club Volunteer: Member 9th-12th, will have approximately 80 hours but I'm not too passionate about this club. I mean it's Key Club. Who is? But I spent so much time volunteering it'll be disappointing not to add it.

I have a business on Etsy selling fine art prints (that I made). This is by no means a lucrative business, it's just something I do on the side because I enjoy it. Should I add it?

National Honor Society: Member 11th-12th. I have a minor office position and I'm giving a speech at the next induction ceremony.

French Club: Class Rep. 10th-12th, FNHS Member 11th-12th, Member 10th-12th. Nothing special here...

Art Museum Volunteer: greeter/ticket sales 12th, 32 hours. This was something I really enjoyed. I wish I started earlier, but I didn't know about it until this past summer.

Arlington Public Library Volunteer: 11th-12th book shelver, 60 hours (I'm not sure how I managed to do this. Those 60 hours seemed excruciatingly boring. But I love to read, and I listened to my iPod the entire time so it wasn't so bad. In retrospect, I shouldn't have done volunteer work for the sake of college apps. But at least I helped out the library in a small, insignificant way.)

The Borgen Project: 12th Member/Advocate, this is something recent I've taken up at a request of a friend. This is their mission statement: "The Borgen Project is an innovative, national campaign that works with U.S. leaders to improve their response to the global poverty crisis."

So of the last 7 EC's I have, which should I keep and which should I exclude? Why or why not? Thanks so much for your help :)
