My daughter is accepted by Fordham and invited to go visit the school. There are 196 (yes that’s the number mentioned in the email) opportunities incl Admitted Student Days, Admitted Student Roundtables & Tours. Which event is most helpful for us to decide on picking the right college to attend? Thanks

thanks for the info
Congratulations @cjlianig on your daughter’s acceptance! If you can make it to the Spring Preview at RH that is the big one with Fr. McShane giving his speech. I believe that is a Sunday 4/15. They are all pretty much the same, we went to an Admitted Student Day during the week and that was great also. It’s just not as big as the Spring Preview. They didn’t have these “Roundtables” when my daughter was admitted 5 years ago, so this is another big change they seem to be doing to accommodate those on the fence.
There are many dates to choose from, so good luck!
Thanks! They seem to have many activities for the admitted students. We also received an invitation to a special admitted reception in New York City at a law firm hosted by alumni. I guess that’s the difference between public colleges and private, which is network. Meanwhile, the COA is also much higher for private colleges even with grants. That’s something we need to consider as it only cost $20K to attend a SUNY school.
