Which Illinois schools would I have a chance at getting in?

As a freshmen, here are my grades:
AP World History: B
Honors Chemistry: B
Honors Geometry: B
Honors English: A
French 2: A
Human Growth/Development: A
Physical Education: A
Reading Enrichment (Summer School): A
Computer Apps (Summer School): A

This gives me an unweighted gpa of 3.67 and a weighted gpa of
4.11. My school doesn’t calculate class rank. Are my grades
good enough to get into a decent Illinois college? Also, what is
my likelihood of getting into UIC honors college/scholarships
if I maintain this gpa for the rest of high school?

Also if this helps, I am in cross country & track

No where near high enough for a merit scholarships at UIC. UIC has less than 50 true merit based scholarships per freshman class per year. Merit scholarships also look at ACT scores. Assuming you get an ACT score of at least 28, you’ll have a good chance for being accepted at the Honors college. Your grades are good enough to be accepted at the better state schools.

This is way too early to determine where you’ll get in.
