Which is more worth it--SAT retake or SAT II physics?

Hi everyone! I took the SAT completely cold and without even a knowledge of how many sections there were (stupid I know) and got a 2260 (800 CR, 710 Math, 750 Writing) but with only an 8 on the essay, which bothered me because writing is one of my strong points and I should have done much better, I just wasn't taking it seriously. I also took 2 SAT II's: US History 710, and Literature 800.

I now have only one test date left if I want to apply early. (not 100% sure what schools but it will include a few of the Ivies and some other competitive schools.) I kind of need a math/science SAT II like physics, but my parents are also encouraging me to retake the SAT so I can do better on the essay portion. Which do you think is more worth it--would it look better to an Ivy to get a better SAT score but have no math or science SAT II, or to stick with my 2260 and have a Physics SAT II?

It would be hard to improve a 2260 so I would try to improve your physics score if you think you can improve it.
Additionally even if your score 2300+ on a retake it would not look that much better to colleges…the scores all sort of mean the same thing after 2250.

I haven’t taken physics at all yet so it’s not improving anything, just adding a score because I’m pretty sure you need a math/science SAT II for a lot of colleges
