also, my college list has 75 names on it, I don't know where I'll apply

Point is not grades if you are not good at any but the passion in the subject. If Math is not what you like taking AP Statistics will be futile while AP spanish may open doors of some college for you.
My experience with my D tells me that it is better to have an A+ at an easy subject than A- at an AP. So try taking a course where you will excel.

but I don't like spanish either.

I like english and histoy, which is why I'm loading up on those courses.

The english course I will be taking is satire, which will be bad-ass.

subjects I like : philosophy, history, english, psychology, paleontology, astronomy, politics, international relations.

subjects I find boring: foreign language study, math, most science, business, economics, and similar subjects

It really depends on the school and your interests, major whether which set is "better". IF you don't like spanish or math, just pick whatever. If I were you in this case, not liking both, I would take the one that I would excel more on (Spanish) but whatever goes for you..
