Colleges generally don’t have a preference if they have an agreement with CommonApp (meaning typically a supplement of their own). You can find this by searching for the college of choice on the CommonApp form. If your college is among the search results, then the odds are it’s okay to use CommonApp, if not preferred. Some colleges are completely doing away with individual applications.

If you are concerned about a particular college’s preference, do not be afraid to make a phone call to their admissions office. They’re there to assist you!

Do International students require to give the athletic and arts supplement? Its because the system in other countries is different.

Mm…which college are you talking about that has an athletic and arts supplement?

Fill out applications as best you can and if you still have questions, try asking the specific institution to which you are applying.

According to the common app grid, it says about many colleges like:

Amherst college
Kenyon College
Middlebury College
Williams College
Rochester Institute of Technology
Bowdoin college
Wabash College
Dartmouth (only arts supplement)
Harvard (only arts supplement)
Lafayette college (only arts supplement)

Most of them are liberal Arts colleges.
