Im in a double in palmitas (palmitos?) and have the option to goto a suite if there is a slot available.

I’m in a double palmitas (or however you spell it), double occupancy with suite option.

Have fun with that triple room lol, I’m in Palmitas as well

I’m in Montecito as well! =D

don’t yall think the suites are a bit expensive? well i mean, i ain’t all loaded so i think that’s a bit expensive.
i just gotta make the best out of that triple

My son was originally going to pay $10,658 for a double in the Halls with the 14 meal plan. He got an email offering a suite so he applied for a double in the suites. Apparently they only have singles available in the suites even though his housing contract was dated the first day. We looked at the price difference and decided to go for it.

He will now pay only $463 more for the year ($11,121) but will have less food. He signed up for the value combo meal plan which is $500 in meal points + 25 Los Olivos meals per quarter. With his own kitchen he can make his own breakfasts and be able to spend an average of $7/day anywhere on campus and eat at Los Olivos 2-3 times per week. We decided it was worth it to live in the suites, have his own room, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. They come with a full size fridge, microwave, and stove, too. This will be the first time in his life he will have his own room since he always shared with his brother. I’m very excited for him!

9,956 will be the cost for me. If I switch to 11,121 for the suits, then that’s a bit of a difference in the cost there. I’m a girl, so I didn’t buy a big meal plan to feed my tummy haha.
The Halls have full size fridge, microwave, and stove too as well, but just have to share.
I wish we got that extra money to live in the suits.
I bet everymom is excited for sending their kids away to college

montecito wooooooo :)
