Which safety school should I go to?

I have applied to the following schools as a transfer student(junior level): UCLA, Florida State, Arizona State, University of Arizona, Purchase College, University of Hawaii-Manoa, and Hawaii Pacific University.

I don't think I will get into UCLA or FSU's film program because they are so competitive. My college GPA is 3.4 but I have an awesome resume and essays. I have had unique experiences like volunteering at film festivals and I work with people in the industry, student ambassador to Australia and activist for the Save Darfur Organization.

I really want to go somewhere warm and study film production and journalism. Does Arizona State have a better film program than Purchase college? Is university of Arizona a better school than Arizona State?

I'm also wondering if i should just go to the cheapest school(purchase) or go to one of the best and recognized colleges like Arizona State or university of Hawaii. Should i worry about money later? Right now, I am applying for two scholarships, i don't qualify for FAFSA, and i plan to join the peace corp after I graduate. They give money for college.

what school do you go to now? quite honestly, you should be worrying about money always...which isn't to say you shouldn't go to a more expensive school...but if your not going to a top school in your field, i don't think it is worth going further into debt for a degree and education that could matter less in the job market than one thinks...if you could get into ucla then it might be worth it, but be very careful going into too much debt for any other program that you listed
