Which SAT score should I submit to colleges?

I received a 2290 on the old sat
800 math
800 writing
12 essay
690 reading

I also received a 1560 on the new SAT
800 math
760 reading/writing
16 on essay

Both scores have bad components(690 on reading and 16 on essay) so I don’t know which one is better to submit. Thanks

This is a no brainier. Send the new 1560, as it has a better reading component than the old one. Also, no one really knows now how much weight Unis will put on the new essay.
