which schools to apply?

<p>I am interested in the engineering field and perhaps civil however im having trouble choosing which schools to apply to. I have cal poly slo, cal poly pom,USC,UCI,UCD,sdsu. I chose these based on my gpa and sat score(4.15/1700). Any suggestions on other schools??</p>

<p>I think those schools are fine that you chose. You seem into enginerring, so I might recommend UC Berkeley as well as a reach school, since it has good engineering. For that school, though, you might need a higher SAT (around 2000)</p>

<p>Also would it be a good idea to apply to UCSD since they also have good engineering? I dont have it in my list because they dont have civil</p>
