Which score is better to send in?

An SAT score of 2000 or an ACT score of 29? Is it okay to send both scores to colleges, or do colleges strictly want only one of them?

Most colleges (all colleges?) will accept both, and the general practice at all colleges I have asked about this is that your highest score is the score that is considered in acting on your application for admission, so I don't think it will hurt at all to send both, and might help.

Hey! Does anyone know if colleges also consider the best composite score out of different seatings of the ACT like the SATs?
I did pretty okay on my first ACT till I got to the science section when I got nausious and dizzy ( not under the stress of the test or anything, I was sick that week), so I think I could have got a better Science and Writing score. However, I'm afraid my scores might drop the second time around. Can anyone clarify this for me?

That is very rare. I have seen college websites that specifically say that they DON'T superscore the ACT in the same way that they give section-by-section consideration of SAT scores. If you think higher scores on your two lower ACT sections will help you, you may just have to be "on" for your whole retake when you do the ACT the next time. Good luck.
