Which Score to Send In?

Ok guys, I have a few questions regarding SAT/ACT:
My scores are: SAT - 2300, 750CR, 780M, 770W (9E)
ACT - 34, 35W, 35M, 33R, 31S, (8E)

Which score would be more impressive to send in and do I gain any advantage my sending in only one of them and not the other??
Also, would it be worth the trouble/studying to retake either of these tests?
(I'm saying this because I'm applyling to mostly competitive colleges-top 20)
Thanks in advance for all the help! CC rules!

Dude....Come on...a 2300 puts you above the 50% for even Harvard.
Don't retake either. I would send my SAT. I am pretty sure a 2300 is higher than a 34

OK, I think a 2300 is higher than a 34 as well so I will at least sent in my SAT. But if I send in a 34 on the ACT as well, will that seem more impressive or less impressive?
A further scenario: What if I retake and get a 35 on the ACT? Then what would be more impressive of the following?
1 - only 2300 on SAT
2 - only 35 on ACT
3 - 2300 on SAT and 35 on ACT
How bout a 36?? Then should I completely no send in my SAT?

Getting a high score on both tests doesn't look impressive, just slightly obsessive.

A 2300 is better than a 34, probably equal to or slightly better than a 35. A 36 is better than a 2300.

Don't retake. Take the 2300.

EDIT: NO offense was meant by that "slightly obsessive" comment. I simply tried to look at it as an ADCOM. I don't think there would be any advantage, and it could be seen seen as slightly obsessive/neurotic worse case scenario.

OK thanks IR09, no offense taken at all.

Congrats on your GREAT scores on both tests. I would definitely send the SATs, probably the ACT too, but your comparartively lower essay grades are perhaps noticed if you send both. Was SAT in one sitting? I think your time will be best spent working on other aspects of your application.

tmi: Yeah, SAT score was one sitting. And I know, my essay scores are horrendous. I got the 34 on my ACT in 10th grade so I'm fairly certain I can do better on everything (except for the essay - I suck at the SAT/ACT essays).
Maybe I should take the ACT without writing and aim for a 35/36?

Whatever you do take the ACT with writing, because your score may not be accepted w/o the writing. Are you a rising senior?

tmi: yes, you can chance me too if you want to! haha jk
Anyways, I was just wondering since I already took the SAT (which has the essay) and the SAT II's I need so I'm not really sure how strict they will be if I send in the ACT w/ out the essay. I'm just sending the ACT as a supplement (kind of); it's not taking the place of either the SAT or the SAT II.
