Hey! I got a 33 on the ACT; 35 Math; 33 Reading; 33 English; 32 Science; 31 Writing, and a 2150 on the SAT. (780 Math, 700 CR, 670 Writing)
Which one would be better to use? Also, should I take the SAT again (for the third time)? I am planning to take the ACT again (second time). Thank yout!

A 2150 is ~ a 32.2 ACT. So it would seem reasonable to pick the ACT score right? Wrong. I think when most admission officers look at your scores , there’s something more alluring about the SAT. Most of the admission officers have taken the SAT, not the ACT, so they can better to relate to what qualifies as a good score. And I’m sure somebody is going to come here and tell you that a high scoring ACT is the same as a high scoring ACT. I don’t believe in that, and I strongly recommend retaking the SAT for 2250+ and sending that score in. With enough practice, it is practical.
