Should I send my 25/36 ACT or my 1710/2400 SAT?

A 25 ACT is equivalent to a 1150 CR+M SAT. So your ACT is better if your English/Writing score is 25 or higher, otherwise your SAT is better.

25 ACT = 1150 CR+M SAT (higher than your 1140 CR+M SAT)
28 ACT Writing = 630 SAT Writing (higher than your 570)

Definitely send the ACT!
