So I looked up the requirements for most colleges I want to go to and they said I needed 2.

I'm definately taking Math IIC- whats the difference between 2c and 1c?

But I'm not sure if I want to take US History or Biology. I'm more of a science/math person and history isnt my strong suit. So should I choose biology?

Also based on those 2, which one of less difficult?

Math IIC = Harder Problems (looks better than IC, in my opinion to colleges), and a very generous curve (up to 8 wrong for an 800)
Math IC = Easier problems, but trickier. Harsher curve (3+ wrong = <800.)

Both U.S. History and Biology exams are difficult, because of the sheer volume of people who choose to take them. However, the former has a decent curve.

Math I and II have different types of problems.
Both require you to know what you're doing well, obviously.
Math I tests pacing and accuracy. Every raw point is worth 10 points. There is no curve.
Math II tests more advanced topics. However, one with a raw score of 43/50 could escape with a "perfect score."

Definitely Math 2. Math 1 is not easier; the material is less advanced, but the questions are still tricky and the curve is terrible. So take Math 2. And the material on Math 2 is easy as long as you know algebra II and how to use a graphing calculator. Just practice so you can work quickly.

As for Bio vs. USH, it's up to you. Check some test prep books.

I think I'm leaning toward Biology because I have always been really bad at history. I'm more of a science person. But in terms of material, are they pretty much equal? Also should I take E or M?

You should definately take the Math IIC, it's more respected my most schools. Between Bio and US History, I would take Bio just because you said you are a science/math person. I like math and science wayyy more than history and I felt that I prepared more for the SAT II Bio. If this helps... I got a 800 Math IIC, 760 Bio M, and 670 History. Haha you can see where my strengths are =)
