how many units do youu have?

Sorry, forgot to add.

Units= 67

UC IN YOUR DREAMs haha i'm sooo just kidding...totally felt like being mean...

seriously though. its hard to tell since you are coming from a CSU...good luck though!

"UC IN YOUR DREAMs haha i'm sooo just kidding...totally felt like being mean..."

Merced.

You could try UCSD/Irvine. I think that UCLA/Cal are hard reaches, esp. w/ a 3.2 and being a CSU transfer.

UCSD is also a reach, especially for someone who's below the average GPA and transferring from a non-community college.

UCSB/Irvine = Match

Do you think UCR would be a saftey for my UC goal?

UCLA has a major called Business-Economics it might be what you are looking for

Do you really think I can get into UCLA, I'm hopefull but I want to be realistic.

yea 3.2 from CSU is a stretch for biz-econ

Citan. UCLA isn't the only school with BizEcon major.

UC Santa Barbara, UC Riverside, UC Irvine, and UC Santa Cruz all have Business Economics major. And they are more realistic schools for nate_king, cuz UCLA is... a HUGE reach.

nate_king, I think you have a good shot at UC Irvine or UC Santa Barbara. They are both very good UCs and their neighborhood is quite beautiful.

If you were to go to Irvine, I suggest you majoring in Business Economics while double-minoring in Accounting and Management. That way, you'll get little of every aspect of Business: Economics, Finance, and Management, and it'll do you a lot of good after you graduate.

UC Santa Barbara, UC Riverside, and UC Santa Cruz

What do you consider my probablity to get accepted to any of these schools for the fall of 2007?

Does my SAT matter at all?

"Citan. UCLA isn't the only school with BizEcon major."

when did I say only?

your SAT won't matter at any of the UCs

i'd say you're in at UCR, maybe at UCI, UCSC. UCSD is a reach and UCLA/Cal are super reaches.

^ I concur...for business/biz econ I wouldn't even apply to UCLA or Cal (well you could try but it would be akin to throwing $120 down the drain) If transferring is your goal then apply to the mid-tier and lower UCs.

btw which CSU do you go to?

SAT doesn't matter for transfer applicants to UCs.

I can't answer what your probability will be, but it will definately be higher if you apply as a Fall transfer (instead of Spring).
