Which UC or CSU offers the fastest Civil Engineer program for transfer CCC students?

So I go to a California Community College, and I am transferring soon to a UC for Civil Engineering. I want to know where I can get my degree the fastest. Now when I say fastest, I mean the one with least work load.

Schools I applied to: all UCs, and Cal Poly Pomona and SLO.

Which ones did you get accepted to?

engineering isn’t typically a major well suited to those seeking the least work. Perhaps it isn’t the right choice for you.

CPP and a couple of other CSUs offer 2 year grad guarantee which may interest you.

Use http://www.assist.org to see which UCs and CSUs have the fewest lower division courses in your major that your community college does not cover. Courses where there is no articulation at your community college would have to be taken after transfer, possibly increasing workload or causing delayed graduation.

Perhaps OP is actually more concerned about “fastest” for financial reasons.

Whatever you do, make sure you are looking only at ABET certified programs. This is especially important in Civil, where earning a PE is pretty much expected and makes a real difference in your salary and career options.
