Which University is best for US Exchange

Hi Guys, I’m from Australia and planning to go to the us for exchange next fall for a year and I was wondering if you would be able to recommend and possibly rank the list of universities based on this criteria:
-good location, either a good college town or in close proximity (max 2 hours) from a city (preferably somewhere close to NYC or somewhere where it snows)
-good business program / academics (majoring in accounting)
-great campus life and that most students live on campus
-moderate to large amount of parties (I will be 20 at the time so maybe somewhere with a prominent greek scene and also how hard is it to join a sorority)
-semi big on sports (doesn’t have to be a strong presence - but a stadium on campus would be nice to attend)

the list of universities I am having trouble choosing from are:
-emory
-penn state
-michigan state
-maryland
-boston college
-texas
-colorado

Any help would be great, thanks.

None of the school on the list is closed to NYC, the closest UMDCP is about 3 hours away.
I’d recommend Texas Austin, because it is a huge school, next to a sizable city and has probably the best Accounting program of all. There is plenty of party at Austin on campus that you could go around 24 hours a day.
