<p>I have a snow day. It's seriously like 7" of snow outside.</p>

<p>Not me. I hate the Southwest. We have a high of 74 today. :(</p>

<p>We have... a heat wave! Predicted high of 89, though since I live in a city the sun coupled with the heat island will probably make temperatures go up into the hundreds.</p>

<p>I bet Fairfax, VA is even more of a light weight. I swear, those guys cancel school if they see a snowflake stick to the grass.</p>

<p>Tell me about it, I went to high school in Alexandria - it was constantly closed over the smallest thing. The only district worse was Prince George's in Maryland. They closed for storm watches. There's not even snow on the ground and they close.</p>

<p>NYC-woot- nyc public schools NEVER close down. first time since i can remember a wussy hurricane from the south came up and everyone got scared although it was nothing.</p>
