<p>i’m in nj. i guess i’m getting mine tomorrow, then. too bad i’m going to boston for 4 days, & leaving tomorrow at 10 am. AHH, ■■■.</p>
<p>Actually, most people in NYC haven’t received anything. Most of my friends and myself have not received our letters, so hopefully tomorrow they’ll start rolling in to most of us in the city.</p>
<p>So if I don’t get anything in the mail tommorrow (NYC resident), that means I’m rejected?</p>
<p>No. Considering how weird this year has been, only getting a letter saying “Sorry” means you’re rejected.</p>

<p>I called very late Friday. They told me that they were not sure if they could finish sending everything that day (as promised). We may receive packet a little bit late based on my gut feeling. So yeah, keep the hope up don’t assume it is a rejection if you don’t get your packet the next 2 days. I would give it to the end of the week, depending on how far away you are.</p>
<p>i’m an international student in Hong Kong (Korean) and I haven’t got any mails or emails from NYU 
i applied to stern regular…but i thought i had a fair shot because someone in our school got to stern with similar stats to mine</p>
<p>i got into carnegie mellon tepper school of business so its not too bad, but like i’m really waiting for NYU. Its been my dream school for ages, and I don’t know why I didn’t do ED.
can’t they just tell me the decision now!?!??! god if i’m going to be placed in front of a firing squad i’d prefer to be sooner than later :(</p>

<p>so i just got off the phone and got the same answer that i have been getting:
Emails where only sent to a certain group of accepted students and not getting either of the emails does not mean that you are ruled out. so also went on to say that they have very recently sent out decisions and the majority of people have no received their packets yet. she seemed very confident that just because we didnt get emails doesn’t mean we are rejected…i hope shes telling the truth because im praying for an acceptance!!! good luck people!</p>

I haven’t gotten any letters/emails from NYU.
It seems that I’m the only one out of my friends who hasn’t gotten a letter or a email from NYU.
I really wanted to go to NYU too…</p>
