it doesn't really matter caz its only one year older than u and plus older girls are more experience. one more thing since ur only 16 should go out wit more girls and get more experience...

I would. I am the younger in my relationship, but I have no quarms about going out with a girl older than me. In fact, I'd much prefer it. They are generally past the petty drama by about 18/19.

I was a freshman dating a senior and a junior (not exclusively). Sophomore year dated girls from every grade. Expect the same for my future years.

In my freshman year the girls I dated were accused of 'robbing the cradle.'

I'm an older girl. :D My boyfriend and I started dating when he was 15 and I was 18. Freshman/senior. Two and a half years later we're still together. I see no problems with it aside from the mild social stigma attached to that sort of relationship (which shouldn't matter).

The trend shouldn't matter. I would totally date an older, attractive girl. Age should not matter at all! When you're young, many older girls are attractive at this point =)

(Cool, I have now achieved Member status! 300 posts :))

The senior girls this past year were soo much better than the junior girls in my class. I don't like any of them and that's not only factoring in appearance.

I'd date an older girl in a heartbeat...then again, I'm also a girl, so the same "trends" aren't in play. But you should do what you want. I know plenty of girls willing to date younger guys.

I have dated girls who were older than me. The oldest was a year older than me. Nothing weird about it at all.
I really don't think I ever noticed. I mean its not like she was going to bars and stuff that I couldn't get into. So it didn't mattter at all

I have good friends I talk to who range from 2 years younger to 2/3 years older than me. Maybe im weird...but i am really comfortable talking to all of them. And it wouldnt be weird i dont think at all to date one of them

Well, I have several freshmen and sophomores expressed their interest in me, but I can't see myself going out with kids ... who are taking algebra shudder
I tutor a few subjects in school so I'm very popular with the younger boys.

At first i would, but when i think about it im not sure. Im also 16 so the girl would be around 17 but the problem is that she would most likely have her license and a car already and i wont be able to until next summer. I think its kind of awkward if she would have to be picking me up all the time

My friend is going out with a guy about three years younger than her. They've been together for a few months and are totally happy right now, but I don't know if they're on the same page, which could be a problem later on because my friend is really serious and none of us can tell if the guy is.

middsmith: me too! i don't know what i'm doing to attract them. xP

also going out with one of them...he's 20 months younger than me (one grade lower). they're easier to manipulate. ;D

seriously, it's fine! my favorite couple here at school was a soph girl/frosh guy. girl was half indian, half french, guy half japanese, half white. too bad they're a 'was'. :[
