Does anyone else plan on doing FRQs and reading through DH or AMSCO all day tomorrow?

I do- it helps that my school lets everyone stay at home the day before their AP exam.

no, ill end up getting 11 and won’t start till 12 anyways. Would it hurt just to get home from school at 3 and start studying? Anyhow, what are you going to learn in 1 day that you have not in months or weeks? What you know is what you know.

^^ refresh memory, really. Apush covers a lot.

And I’m staying home too.

Me and 5 or 6 of my buddies are going to the library for 10 hours…oh yeah and we’re not going to school.

Man, my parents won’t let me! But I’m getting up early to study, then I’m going to sneak a book under my desk, then I’m going home and doing DBQs for APUSH and APEURO and then final reviews and then… 5.

If you are taking an AP on Friday at our school, you can take a half day. I plan to get home and go back through DH and listen to their podcasts on the Facebook page.

i’m sick so i’m staying home anyway, gonna be studying it up. except i’ll probably just procrastinate but whatever. my school sucks, i still have tests and quizzes on top of 4 ap exams. and i’m 15 pages behind on a research paper. and i haven’t even started self-studying for human geography. oops.

but yeah, i’m going to try to finish up the cold war and skim over the rest. after that i’m just going to review the major time periods and who goes with what, i always get screwed because i can’t put movements and people together with dates.

Haha… I stayed home today. And yesterday. And the day before. And was at the library all night studying last weekend. And I’m staying home all next week. Bahh, this is what I get for self-studying six exams and procrastinating until the very last minute possible!

But on the bright side, I’ve taken all the released Euro exams and have gotten in the 60s (/80) on all of them

Btw, for those of you whose parents won’t excuse you: Either play sick and say it’s really important for you to recover before the AP test, or (and what I do), if your parents aren’t at home during the day simply stay home, create an email address (like hotmail has an option to have @live.com which seems sort of legit) and email your school’s attendance office saying that you child is sick and will be missing school. It has never failed for me. And if your parents do stay home, go to the library instead to study, and then come home after school gets out or something.

Also, my school has a form that you can film out for extended absences (3+ days). You simply have your teachers sign it, then forge a parent signature, turn it in, and you’re excused for as long as you need to study!

Haha, this is probably really terrible, but my classes this semester are literally all worthless, so I don’t feel so bad. And besides, it’s not terribly difficult to catch up on a weeks’ worth of missed homework anyway. A 5 is worth it, for sure.

Check out the US History in a Flash Facebook page. It has some great tips on writing DBQs and FRs posted today, as well as covering key topics. You can even ask a question and get it answered.
